Plant Extraction & Purification at a Large-Scale U.S. Facility Cranberry, Acerola, Guarana and More Now Available for Supply to Japan.
Biovivo Science, based in Indiana, USA, has begun supplying a range of plant extracts, including cranberry, acerola, guarana, and camu camu, to the Japanese market. The company plans to begin recruiting distributors in Japan from August.
Cranberry extract powder is produced by extracting and powderizing organic cranberries grown in the United States at the company’s own facility. Rich in proanthocyanidins, it is used in health-oriented beverages and supplements targeting the urinary tract and skin-health markets. Acerola is made from organic acerola sourced from Brazil and is standardized to 17–25% vitamin C. Guarana is sourced from Brazil and standardized to 22% caffeine, and is used in applications related to fatigue recovery, anti-inflammatory support, and cholesterol management. Biovivo Science can also customize ingredient standardization according to customer requirements.
These superfruit ingredients benefit from long-term partnerships with farms throughout the United States and South America, enabling a stable and reliable supply. The company has exhibited at events including S, Hi Korea, and SupplySide, and will make its first appearance at the Food Development Exhibition in October this year, where it will showcase these botanical ingredients.
Biovivo Science’s headquarters and manufacturing facility are located on a vast 9,290 m² (100,000 sq. ft.) site in Indiana. The facility is equipped with machinery for enzyme processing, extraction, concentration, sterilization, milling, freeze-drying (FD), and spray-drying (SP). The company has an annual production capacity of 2 million kg. Its operations comply with FSSC 22000, cGMP, Halal, and Kosher standards.

これらスーパーフルーツ原料は、米国及び南米各地の農園と永続的なパートナーシップを結び安定的な供給が可能。これまで、S、Hi Korea、Supply Sideなどに出展し、今年10月の食品開発展に初出展し、これら植物原料を提案する。
本社・工場は、インディアナ州に9,290㎡（100,000sq.ft）の広大な土地に酵素処理から抽出・濃縮・殺菌・粉砕・FD（フリーズドライ）、SP（スプレードライ）機械を保有。年間200万kgの生産能力を有する。FSSC22000、cGMP、ハラル、コーシャ基準にも対応している。
